Privacy

How the static LockAPI.com website handles visitor interactions and technical data.

Privacy overview

LockAPI.com is a static informational website. It does not provide account registration, comments, contact forms, newsletter signup, on-site search, or other data-entry features. The site does not ask visitors to submit passwords, tokens, API keys, payment details, or other credentials.

Email communications

When you contact [email protected], your email provider and the recipient’s email systems process the message and related metadata. Send only information needed for the inquiry. Do not send secrets, credentials, confidential customer data, or regulated personal data.

Hosting and technical logs

The web host, content-delivery network, domain provider, or security provider used to serve the site may process standard request information such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, user agent, response status, and network-security signals. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. LockAPI.com does not publish individual visitor logs.

Cookies and local storage

The delivered static site does not set advertising, analytics, personalization, or account cookies. The navigation script does not store visitor data in cookies or browser local storage. A future hosting provider may use strictly necessary security or load-balancing mechanisms; this policy should be updated if site functionality changes materially.

External references

Articles link to authoritative external resources. Following an external link takes you to another organization’s website, which may collect data under its own policy. LockAPI.com does not control those external sites.

Children and sensitive information

The site is written for professional and educational audiences and is not directed to children. Do not send sensitive personal information or authentication material by email.

Policy changes

This privacy notice may be revised when site functionality or hosting practices change. The effective date for this version is October 23, 2026.
